Abaqus single point incremental forming (spif)

hi abaqus students.நாம் இந்த பதிவில் single point incremental forming என்றால் என்னவென்று சற்று பார்ப்போம். single point incremental forming என்பது 1mm அல்லது அதற்கும் குறைவான தடிமன் கொண்ட தகட்டில் நமக்கு தேவையான வடிவத்தை ஏற்பாடுத்துவதாகும்.இதில் கூம்பு ,உருளை ,செவ்வகம் போன்ற வடிவங்களை ஏற்படுத்தலாம்.இதற்காக ball முனை கொண்ட tool ஆனது பயன்படுத்தப்படுகிறது.இந்த டூல் ஆனது தகட்டின் மேற்பரப்பில் நமக்கு தேவையான வடிவத்திற்கேற்ப சுழன்று கொண்டு நகர்த்தப்படுவதால் நமக்கு தேவையான வடிவத்தை தகட்டில் நாம் பெறலாம்.இதற்க்கு அதிகம் வளையும் தன்மை கொண்ட பித்தளை போன்ற உலகமானது தகடாக பயன்படுத்தலாம்.

இந்த process இன் தகுந்த பயன்பாட்டை சொல்லவேண்டுமானால் நாம் உணவு உட்க்கொள்ள பயன்படுத்தும் தட்டினை உதாரணமாக எடுத்துக்கொள்ளலாம்.அந்த தட்டில் உள்ள பல்வேறு விதமான வடிவங்களை இந்த முறையில் உருவாக்கலாம்.

இதில் abaqus software ஐ பயன்படுத்தி கோண அளவு ,தகட்டின் மீள் தன்மை போன்றவற்றை சோதித்து பார்க்கலாம் .டூல் நகர்வதற்க x ,y ,z coordinates ஆனது matlap ஐ பயன்படுத்தி பெறலாம்.இதனை நான் abaqus இல் dynamic explicit முறையில் உருவாக்கினேன்.
