hi abaqus students.நாம் இந்த பதிவில் surface grinding செயல்முறையை பற்றி அறிந்துகொள்வோம்.இந்தமுறையில் workpiece ன் மேற்பரப்பின் மீதுள்ள கரடுமுரடான தேவையற்ற material ஆனது நீக்கப்பட்டு மிகவும் smooth ஆனா மேற்பரப்பானது உருவாக்கப்படுகிறது.இந்த முறையில் ஓரிடத்தில் நிலையாக சுழன்று கொண்டிருக்கும் grinding wheel மீது bed ல் இறுக்கமாக பொருத்தப்பட்டுள்ள workpiece ன் மேற்பரப்பு ஆனது தொடும்படி சரியான இடைவெளியில் grinding wheel க்கு எதிர் திசையில் நகர்த்தப்படும்.இதனால் workpiece ன் மேற்பரப்பு ஆனது கணிசமான அளவில் நீக்கப்படும்.இந்த செயலை கணிசமான இடைவெளியில் workpiece நகர்த்தி மீண்டும் மீண்டும் செய்வதன் மூலம் workpiece மேற்பரப்பில் உள்ள தேவையற்ற பகுதி நீக்கப்பட்டு smooth surface ஆனது நமக்கு கிடைக்கும்.மேலும் இந்த முறையை பயன்படுத்தி மழுங்கிய tool முனையை கூர் திட்டவும் பயன்படுத்தலாம்.இதில் abrasives துகள்கள் ஆனது grinding wheel இன் வெட்டுமுனையாக பயன்படுத்தப்படும்.

இதை abaqus software ல் dynamic explicit முறையில் சோதனை செய்து பார்க்கலாம்.
