இந்த முறையை abaqus software இல் சோதித்து பார்ப்பதன் மூலம் operation ன் பொது workpiece ன் மேற்பரப்பின் மீது ஏற்படும் stress,strain rate ன் அளவினை கணக்கிடலாம்.மேலும் tool ன் இயக்க வேகத்தையும்,tool ன் வடிவத்தையும் மாற்றி பரிசித்து பார்க்கலாம்.இதன் மூலம் efficient ஆனா production மேற்கொள்ளலாம்.
