தமிழ் பேசும் நண்பர்களுக்கு எனது வணக்கங்கள். hi abaqus students.நாம் இந்த பதிவில் abaqus software ல் analysis ன் போது ஆய்வுக்குட்படுத்தப்படும் அனைத்து பொருளிலும் எவ்வாறு temperature contours ஐ பெறுவதென்று பார்ப்போம். பொதுவாக friction stir welding analysis ஐ abaqus software ல் மேற்கொண்டால் temperature result க்கான temperature contour பெறவிரும்பும்போது பெரும்பான்மையாக temperature contour ஆனது tool surface ல் மட்டுமே தென்படும்.இதற்கு காரணம் abaqus software ஆனது அதிகப்படியான temperature தென்படும் இடத்தையே represent செய்யும்.இது tool surface ல் அதிகப்படியான வெப்பநிலை ஏற்படுவதால் நேரிடுகிறது.இந்த வெப்பநிலைமாற்றம் நாம் எந்தவகையான material properties ஐ பயன்படுத்துகின்றோம் என்பதை பொறுத்து அமைகிறது.கீழ்காணும் நடைமுறைகளை பயன்படுத்தினால் நாம் plate,tool surface இரண்டிலும் நாம் temperature contours ஐ பெறலாம். 1)முதலில் visualization page ல் side menu icon களில் plot contours on deformed shape என்ற icon ஐ click செய்ய வேண்டும்.பின்னர் field output dialog box ...

தமிழ் பேசும் நண்பர்களுக்கு எனது வணக்கங்கள். hi abaqus students.நாம் இந்த பதிவில் abaqus software ல் part ல் உள்ள mesh நீக்கி எவ்வாறு result பெறுவதென்று பார்ப்போம். 1)job ஆனது submit கொடுத்து complete ஆனதும் result menu வை click செய்யவேண்டும். 2)result menu வை click செய்தவுடன் visualization page ஆனது தோன்றும்.அந்த visualization page ல் side menu icon களில் உள்ள plot contours on deformed shape என்ற icon ஐ click செய்ய வேண்டும். 3)அதன்பின்னர் side menu icon களில் முதலாக உள்ள common options என்ற icon click செய்யவேண்டும்.common options என்ற icon click செய்தவுடன் புதியதாக mini tab ஒன்று உருவாகும். 4)புதியதாக உருவாகும் அந்த mini tab ல் visible edges என்ற பகுதியில் free edges என்ற menu வை select செய்து ok கொடுத்தால் part ல் உள்ள mesh ஆனது நீக்கப்படும்.

தமிழ் பேசும் நண்பர்களுக்கு எனது வணக்கங்கள். hi abaqus students.நாம் இந்த பதிவில் abaqus software ல் white background ஐ எவ்வாறு கொண்டு வருவது என்று பார்ப்போம். 1)Abaqus software ன் main page ல் உள்ள top menu bar ல் நான்காவதாக உள்ள view menu வை click செய்யவேண்டும். 2)view menu வை click செய்தவுடன் view menu வுக்கு கீழே புதியதாக mini tab உருவாகும்.அந்த புதிய mini tab ல் graphics options ஐ click செய்யவேண்டும். 3)graphics options ஐ click செய்தவுடன் புதியதாக mini tab உருவாகும்.அந்த புதிய mini tab ல் viewport background என்ற பகுதியில் solid என்பதை select செய்யவேண்டும். 4)அதன்பின்னர் solid க்கு அருகில் உள்ள box ஐ click செய்யவேண்டும்.அந்த box ஐ click செய்தவுடன் select color என்ற புதிய tab உருவாகும். 5)அந்த select color என்ற புதிய tab ல் நமக்கு புடித்த color (ex; white color)ஐ select செய்து ok கொடுத்தால் அந்த color (ex; white color) ஆனது Abaqus software ன் main page ல் தோன்றும். 6)இவ்வாறு மா...
