how to get temperature contours on plates and tool in Abaqus software

hi abaqus students.நாம் இந்த பதிவில் abaqus software ல் analysis ன் போது ஆய்வுக்குட்படுத்தப்படும் அனைத்து பொருளிலும் எவ்வாறு temperature contours ஐ பெறுவதென்று பார்ப்போம்.

பொதுவாக friction stir welding analysis ஐ abaqus software ல் மேற்கொண்டால் temperature result க்கான temperature contour பெறவிரும்பும்போது பெரும்பான்மையாக temperature contour ஆனது tool surface ல் மட்டுமே தென்படும்.இதற்கு காரணம் abaqus software ஆனது அதிகப்படியான temperature தென்படும் இடத்தையே represent செய்யும்.இது tool surface ல் அதிகப்படியான வெப்பநிலை ஏற்படுவதால் நேரிடுகிறது.இந்த வெப்பநிலைமாற்றம் நாம் எந்தவகையான material properties ஐ பயன்படுத்துகின்றோம் என்பதை பொறுத்து அமைகிறது.கீழ்காணும் நடைமுறைகளை பயன்படுத்தினால் நாம் plate,tool surface இரண்டிலும் நாம் temperature contours ஐ பெறலாம்.

1)முதலில் visualization page ல் side menu icon களில் plot contours on deformed shape என்ற icon ஐ click செய்ய வேண்டும்.பின்னர் field output dialog box ஐ temp(temperature)க்கு மாற்ற வேண்டும்.

2)அதன்பின்னர் create display group என்ற icon ஐ click செய்ய வேண்டும்.create display group என்ற icon ஐ click செய்தவுடன் புதியதாக tab ஓன்று உருவாகும்.

3)அந்த புதிய tab ல் item பகுதியில் part instances ஐ select செய்ய வேண்டும்.அடுத்ததாக select in viewport பகுதியில் tool ஐ select செய்து tab ன் அடிப்பகுதியில் உள்ள remove icon ஐ click செய்ய வேண்டும்.இவ்வாறு செய்வதால் tool ஆனது தற்காலிகமாக நீக்கப்படும்.tool ஐ remove செய்தவுடன் temperature contour ஆனது plate surface ல் மற்றும் தோன்றும்.

4)tool part remove செய்தவுடன் அந்த tab ஐ close செய்ய வேண்டும்.அதன்பின்னர் visualization page ன் top menu bar ல் உள்ள result menu வை click செய்யவேண்டும்.

5) result menu வை click செய்தவுடன் result menu வுக்கு கீழே புதியதாக mini tab ஒன்று உருவாகும்.அந்த mini tab ல் step/frame ஐ click செய்ய வேண்டும்.

6)step/frame ஐ click செய்தவுடன் புதியதாக step/frame க்கான tab ஒன்று உருவாகும்.அந்த புதிய tab ல் தோராயமாக ஏதேனும் ஒரு frame ஐ select செய்து ok கொடுக்கவேண்டும்.

7)ok கொடுத்தபின்னர் visualization page ல் side menu icon களில் animated time history என்ற icon click செய்ய வேண்டும்.animated time history என்ற icon click செய்தவுடன் animated view ஆனது இயங்க ஆரம்பிக்கும்.

8)ஒருசுற்று animated view ஆனது இயங்கி முடித்தவுடன் animated view ஆனது இயங்கிக்கொண்டிருக்கும்போதே மீண்டும் create display group என்ற icon ஐ click செய்து tool ஐ மீண்டும் add செய்தால் temperature contour ஆனது tool surface மீதும் தோன்றும். இந்த நடைமுறைகளை பின்பற்றி plate and tool surface இரண்டிலும் temperature contour ஐ நாம் பெறலாம்.
